En estos momentos que estamos enfrentando queremos compartir con todos ustedes estos diseños y patrones de mascarillas caseras. Pueden imprimir también.

Materiales

1. Tela principal (algodón), 12 «x 6», prelavado
2. Forro de tela (algodón o franela), 10 «x 6», prelavado
3. Banda elástica de cordón redondo 1/16 «, 16»
4. Patrón de costura de máscara facial, descargue e imprima por separado. Actualizado con el tamaño de los hombres.

Herramientas

1. Costura esencial
2. Máquina de coser o coser a mano
3. Plancha
4. Rueda de seguimiento de costurera y papel

Instrucciones

• Descargue e imprima el patrón de costura de la máscara facial por separado.
• Ponga un pin a la tela, trace y corte las piezas de tela.
• Coser, recortar la curva a lo largo del margen de costura, girar la mascarilla hacia afuera. Pespunte
• Coser las orejas a la mascarilla. Inserte el cordón elástico en el bolsillo de la oreja.

Descargue e imprima el patrón de costura de la máscara facial por separado. No escale la impresión, es en papel tamaño carta (8.5 ″ x 11 ″), por lo que no debería tener problemas para imprimirla a escala completa. Hay una marca de escala de 2 ″ para que verifique si la está imprimiendo en el tamaño correcto.

Recorte el patrón de su tamaño. [Observación: es un documento pdf y se abrirá en una nueva pestaña o ventana, o le pedirá que lo descargue. Asegúrese de que su computadora tenga el software compatible para que se abra correctamente. Desbloquee el «bloqueador de elementos emergentes» de su computadora para este sitio si lo tiene habilitado.]

Dobla la tela principal por la mitad con el lado reverso uno frente al otro, fija el patrón de papel en la tela de doble capa. Corte la tela con un margen de 1/4 ″, excepto el lado de la oreja. Corte la tela en el lado de la oreja con un margen de costura de 1 ″.

Inserte el papel de calco entre la capa, trace líneas de costura con la rueda de calco.

Retire los alfileres y el patrón de papel, prepárese para coser.

Repita lo mismo que la tela principal, excepto el margen de costura del lado de la oreja. Cortar la tela en el lado de la oreja con margen de costura cero.

Gire la pieza principal de la máscara facial con el lado derecho uno frente al otro, cosa la línea central de la máscara facial.

Recorte la curva junto con el margen de costura, tenga cuidado y no sujete accidentalmente las puntadas.

Recuerda que la piel de nuestro rostro es muy delicada, por esto te recomendamos hacer estas mascarillas una vez a la semana!

Repita la costura en la parte del forro.

Voltee el forro y colóquelo sobre la máscara facial principal, alinee la línea de costura central, fije y cosa las líneas superior e inferior.

Gire la mascarilla con el lado derecho hacia afuera. Presione la costura cuidadosamente y pespunte cerca del borde.

Así es como se ve desde adentro en esta etapa. La tela principal del área de la oreja lateral es más larga que la pieza de revestimiento. Este va a ser el bolsillo de la banda elástica.

Doblar en 1/4 «en el borde sin tratar de la oreja lateral, doblar de nuevo para que el primer borde esté a 1/4» del borde en bruto del revestimiento.

Cosa una línea recta hacia abajo, no olvide realizar algunas puntadas traseras para bloquear el extremo del hilo.

Mida y corte la longitud de la banda elástica necesaria (generalmente alrededor de 6 ″ a 8 ″ dependiendo del tamaño de la cara).

Inserte la banda elástica a través del bolsillo y ate un nudo muerto a los extremos.

Repita lo mismo para el otro lado. Tire de la banda elástica hasta que los nudos estén ocultos en el bolsillo.

¡Usa y respira normalmente!

ACTUALIZACIÓN: una forma diferente de usar la banda elástica que ejercerá menos tensión en las orejas.

En lugar de dividir la banda elástica en 2, use la longitud completa e insértela a través de los bolsillos como se muestra en la imagen, ate un nudo y oculte el nudo en el bolsillo.

Use la máscara facial con la banda elástica que se encuentra en la parte posterior de la cabeza.

No más estrés en los oídos con este método.
